Position Summary

This role supports Commercial Operations through the development and execution of scalable processes, tools, reporting, and governance that enable successful product launches and business initiatives. This role serves as a key business partner across Inventory Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

This individual will own product launch tracking processes and supporting tools, provide visibility into launch readiness and adoption, develop executive-ready reporting and dashboards, and drive operational excellence through process improvement and data-driven insights. The role is critical in ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate information to support effective decision-making and successful commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Launch Planning & Readiness

• Own and maintain product launch governance tools, trackers, timelines, and templates supporting new product introductions and business initiatives.

• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are identified, monitored, and communicated.

• Support launch planning, execution, and post-launch review activities, including action logs, decision tracking, and issue escalation.

• Partner with key stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact launch timing, readiness, site activation, or adoption.

• Ensure launch records, trackers, and communications are current and accessible

Reporting, Analytics & Adoption

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting that provide visibility into product launch readiness, site activation status, adoption rates, utilization trends, key milestones, and risk mitigation plans.

• Analyze business trends and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.

• Create recurring and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Monitor post-launch adoption and utilization metrics, identifying barriers to adoption and opportunities to improve engagement and business outcomes.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline reporting activities.

• Partner with technical and business teams to support system enhancements, testing, validation, and implementation activities.

• Document lessons learned and post-launch findings.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation efforts for new processes, dashboards, and system enhancements.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Establish strong cross-functional relationships and maintain effective communication with business partners and project stakeholders.

• Coordinate stakeholder expectations, project communications, and status reporting.

• Facilitate collaboration across functions to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

• Support training, communication, and change management activities related to new tools, processes, and product launches.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Project Management, or related discipline.

• Experience supporting business operations, commercial operations, project management, product launches, or process improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience supporting product launch, commercialization, or launch readiness activities.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar reporting platforms.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, ERP systems, and business process automation tools.

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or another regulated industry environment.

• Exposure to project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
