Job description

Job Summary:
UST is a mission-driven group that transforms lives through technology. They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to manage project plans, analyze systems, and supervise software developers while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, review, and analyze technology and tools.
• Analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
• Manage cost, time schedules and standards with well-defined milestones.
• Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts and diagrams outline system capabilities and processes based on user or internal system design specifications.
• Manage allocation, utilization and help software Developers to complete units of work assigned to them and monitor the output.
• Own and manage the project plan and project modules; proactive issues resolution.
• Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team.
• Perform/Support system testing and UAT testing.
• This position will supervise 5 Software Developers and Associate Software Developers.
• Will perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by employer.
• May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch, or related field
• Two (2) Years of Experience as an Associate Project Manager or related occupation
• Employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service
• Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by employer
• May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
