Job Title: Sr Project Analyst

Location: Pomona, CA

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $30/Hr to $34/Hr on W2

Job Description:

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent


Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:

  • Will work on renewing licenses, performing license site inspections, clearing encroachments, performing site inspections for encroachments, reviewing plans for consent compatibility, and attend project meetings with internal and external project managers.


Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Use of MS Office, use of Google Earth, will need reliable transportation, can track and follow through on multiple tasks with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and be a good communicator who can collaborate with cities/project managers/developers.


Desired Skills/Attributes:

  • Experience with SAP, reading development/engineering plans, has some title experience which helps with understanding basic property rights.
