The S&P Global Enterprise Program Management Office and Process COE is a new and growing organization, created to foster transformative change across the enterprise. By establishing cohesive program governance and driving excellence in critical business processes, we ensure organizational resources are strategically aligned with our overarching goals while modeling an enterprise mindset. We accelerate how S&P Global operates at scale by strengthening alignment between strategy and execution in support of value-driven business outcomes.

Responsibilities and Impact:
  • Lead cross-functional strategic programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and successful achievement of business outcomes

  • Develop and implement comprehensive program governance frameworks, including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and performance metrics across technology, finance, people, and strategy initiatives

  • Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic vision into executable roadmaps, coordinating resources and dependencies across multiple business units and geographies

  • Drive process excellence initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, designing improved workflows, and implementing standardized methodologies that enhance operational efficiency

  • Facilitate executive-level communications and decision-making by preparing strategic presentations, status reports, and recommendations for C-suite and board-level stakeholders

  • Mentor and develop program management capabilities across the organization while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enterprise-wide collaboration

What We're Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of strategic program management experience in large, complex organizations. 12+ years of total relevant experience.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams of 20+ members

  • Strong expertise in program management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma, with demonstrated ability to adapt frameworks to organizational needs

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel for strategic meetings and program milestones

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree (MBA preferred) or PMP/PgMP certification with experience in financial services or data/technology organizations

  • Experience leading digital transformation, process reengineering, or organizational change management initiatives in global enterprises

  • Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, with demonstrated success in driving operational excellence across multiple business functions

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, ROI analysis, and value realization tracking for strategic investments

Compensation/Benefits Information:(This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Globalstatesthat theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is $135,000 to $200,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training,licensesand certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
