Job description

We're looking for a Marketing Programs Manager who thrives in the details, keeps multiple workstreams moving simultaneously, and knows how to work across teams to get things done. This is a high-execution, high-ownership role, where you'll be working directly alongside cross-functional partners and making sure programs stay on track from kickoff through delivery. In this position, you'll flex across Growth Marketing's most important programs, supporting initiatives that span PMM, SEO/AEO, paid media, analytics, and product. Your focus will be shaped by the team's priorities, which means you'll need to be genuinely curious about how all of these functions work and comfortable context-switching between them.
This is a hybrid role working from our New York office 2-3 days per week. You will report to the the Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager.
You'll Get To...
  • Own the day-to-day program coordination for key Marketing initiatives including tracking milestones, flagging blockers, and keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Build and maintain project plans, workback schedules, and status trackers for programs spanning multiple teams
  • Run kickoffs, working sessions, and recurring syncs, own the agenda, capture decisions and actions, and follow through on outcomes
  • Surface risks and dependencies early and help drive resolution before they become blockers
  • Support the development and maintenance of cross-functional playbooks for recurring programs
  • Partner with PMM on go-to-market program coordination: product launches, campaign rollouts, and cross-channel alignment
  • Support SEO and AEO program management; coordinating between content, product, paid, and analytics teams to keep optimization initiatives on track
  • Help manage the intake and triage of incoming requests, applying clear criteria to route work correctly and protect team capacity
  • Contribute to cross-functional RACI maintenance and operating model documentation
Who We're Looking For
  • 2-4+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, project coordination, or a closely related role
  • Exceptional organizational skills, successfully tracking multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, ability to write a clear brief, run a tight meeting, and follow up without being asked
  • Bias for action, seeing what needs to happen and making it happen
  • Comfortable working across functional teams and navigating ambiguity, you build trust quickly and adapt without losing momentum
  • Curious about how marketing PMM, SEO/AEO, paid media, and analytics work
  • Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Notion, or similar) and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, ability to leverage AI to work smarter and move with speed
  • SaaS or consumer technology experience is a plus

Cash Compensation Range: $85,500 - $138,000 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure in addition to base salary.
