About the Role:
The Global Revenue Programs & Events team at Kong is the engine behind our high-performance culture and sales momentum. Sitting within the Office of the CRO, this team is responsible for developing and executing world-class programs that align with field initiatives, support talent retention, and help drive revenue growth.
As Kong continues to scale, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Programs Manager. Reporting to the Director of Global Revenue Programs, you will take ownership of a broad portfolio of strategic programs that span executive engagement, investor liaison, and operational excellence across the CRO organization. You will also play a key supporting role in our flagship revenue events, including the Annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) and 'Silverback Circle' incentive trip. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable driving long-term program strategy and rolling up their sleeves on day-to-day execution.
What You'll Do:
Executive & Customer Programs
In partnership with the Director of Global Programs;
  • Executive Briefing Program: Build out and manage the day-to-day operations of Kong's Executive Briefing Program, creating a best-in-class experience for strategic customer and prospect engagements.
  • Executive Sponsorship Program: Develop and manage a structured Executive Sponsorship Program that aligns senior Kong leaders with key accounts to deepen relationships and accelerate revenue.
  • Investor Program: Build and manage a program that cultivates relationships between Kong's investor community, supporting pipeline and growth objectives.
Revenue Events Support
  • Annual Sales Kickoff (SKO): Serve as a key supporting contributor to SKO planning and execution, owning the following areas;
    • Overall design elements for the program, including; venue, production and web design
    • Build and maintain registration website
    • Responsible for registration flow and attendee support

In addition, supporting Manager, Revenue events with vendor coordination both pre-event and onsite and be part of the core delivery team onsite
  • Silverback Circle (Annual Incentive Trip): Serve as a key supporting contributor to Silverback planning and execution, owning the following areas;
    • Overall design elements for the program
    • Build and maintain registration website
    • Responsible for registration flow and attendee support
  • Revenue Events: Support as needed
CRO Org Operations & Planning
  • CRO QBRs: Support the planning and coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews for the CRO organization, ensuring alignment on agenda, logistics, and materials.
  • Operating Rhythm & Scheduling: Support the operating rhythm for the CRO organization, managing scheduling, calendar coordination, and administrative support to keep the organization running efficiently.
Recognition & Employee Programs
  • Employee Gifts: Manage the facilitation and fulfillment of employee gift programs, including recognition moments, milestones, and company-wide gifting initiatives tied to the revenue organization.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management and executive engagement, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment or supporting a Revenue/Sales organization.
  • Program Builder: A proven track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up, with strong attention to process, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven experience managing budgets and navigating procurement and contracting processes.
  • Execution: A track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and under pressure.
  • Executive Presence: Comfortable communicating and collaborating with C-suite executives and senior sales leaders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly in a high-growth environment while maintaining a "no-task-is-too-small" attitude.
  • Technology: Experience of using Cvent, Salesforce
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to support key events and executive engagements as needed (approx. 20%).
