Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for managing the planning, tracking, and successful execution of satellites and/or products. The role encompasses both functional execution oversight and technical performance related to satellite launch opportunities, including proposal development, mission management, contract management, scheduling, and regulatory coordination, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a reliable and timely fashion. Additionally, the Program Manager may also oversee functional execution and technical performance related to the design and development of new products.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Cape Canaveral.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Program management for the development and delivery of advanced embedded compute products.
  • Drive cross-functional planning, execution, and risk management across engineering, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage integrated program schedules, budgets, and resource plans; identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.
  • Coordinate design reviews, requirements development, verification and validation activities, and qualification test campaigns in alignment with space and mission assurance standards.
  • Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to define program objectives, manage changes, and ensure delivered products meet performance, schedule, and cost commitments.
  • Oversee transition to production, including manufacturability improvements, configuration management, and release of production baselines.
  • Track program performance metrics and provide clear status reporting to executive leadership and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant aerospace standards, export controls, and internal processes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Register and apply all lessons learned to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Treat all coworkers with respect and dignity ensuring a collaborative culture is continually developed and maintained.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline.
  • Five (5) plus years of experience in program management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Experience with aerospace projects / programs that include the design and development of space or aerospace hardware.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex hardware or electronics products through full lifecycle development into production.
  • Strong familiarity with space‑qualified electronics, embedded compute systems, PNT technologies, or radiation‑tolerant hardware (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-disciplinary engineering teams and suppliers in a fast-paced, mission‑driven environment.
  • Experience with structured program management methodologies, risk management processes, and configuration management practices.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company in various countries.
  • Capability of working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Self-direction, flexibility, and eagerness to learn.
