This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a strategic initiative from its inception and lead a talented team in support of a vital mission.
About the position: The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of resources, supervision of personnel, and overall leadership of project teams. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of program objectives and maintaining the highest standards of performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of program management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Lead and supervise teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and scheduling, to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present reports, briefings, and other deliverables using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ensure all program activities comply with contractual requirements and company policies.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Possess an active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance
  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in any field of study.
