Job description

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Program Director at Alachua Academy in Gainesville, Florida.

Alachua Academy is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving moderate risk females youth aged 12 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health and substance abuse services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while at the program.

Pay: $95,000 annual

What you will do:   As a Program Director, you will develop, implement, manage, and modify the Rite of Passage program.

Oversees site budgets and expenses.  Provides management and oversees the Human Resources Department. Establishes, manages, and promotes positive relationships within the program and also ensures compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies.

To be considered, you should: Possess a BA/BS in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).  Four years of related experience in residential facility management, and possess a Driver’s License.
