Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Program Control Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * The Lead Program Control Analyst plans and conducts budget analysis to evaluate the accuracy of estimates and conformance with procedures.
* They prepare detailed budgeting reports and validate the accuracy of program-wide financial databases.
* They authorize technical budget artifacts and provide expert analysis to management regarding cost trends and funding availability.
* The Lead Program Control Analyst leads the execution of program control functions and validates financial after-action reports to capture mission-critical cost efficiencies.
* They oversee the tracking of budget milestones within complex mission plans to ensure alignment with theater-wide requirements.
* They manage the distribution of financial data and facilitate the resolution of identified funding gaps.
* The Lead Program Control Analyst provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field
* 10+ years of position relevant experience. Desired Qualifications: * Experience in formal cost modeling for expeditionary logistics
* Background in USINDOPACOM-specific financial reporting requirements. Clearance Requirements: * Must be eligible to obtain a Confidential level clearance. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
