Job description

We are looking for a Program Control Analyst to join our Summerville, SC location.

Your Responsibilities: The Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Systems (EMS) division is seeking a Program Control Analyst. Under general direction, the Program Control Analyst will work with various functional teams to develop quotes and process aftermarket parts orders to clients. They will have daily contact with clients and follow orders through to delivery to client. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of MS Office, and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary: $67,400-$97,400

Your Challenge:

  • Professional business communications with clients over phone and email.
  • Research parts, review drawings and BOM's to develop accurate pricing using established policies and procedures.
  • Review and manage a high volume of RFQ's and PO's/contracts to satisfy client requirements.
  • Create quotes and process orders using ERP systems (Oracle); follow through to order fulfillment. Maintain complete quote and order files.
  • Track waiver and procedure submittals to clients; communicate approvals and actions internally.
  • Collaboration with SCM, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance throughout the quote and order process.
  • Monitor order progress and expedite orders as necessary.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings and client program reviews as needed.
  • Other sales team duties as assigned.

What you Bring:

  • Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals
  • 2-3 years' experience in customer service or sales role
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
  • Experience working with ERP Systems. Oracle experience is an asset.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience within government or commercial nuclear industry sales is an asset
  • Familiarity with DPAS and FAR/DFARS is highly desirable
  • Keen ability to handle multiple opportunities and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, action-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven
