Full-Time | Fully Funded | $130K-$180K
Power3 Solutions is supporting a cybersecurity and physical security firm supporting the nation's most critical systems and infrastructure. We're seeking driven and experienced Program Control Analyst to support a premier cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) program in the Ft. Meade area. This role contributes to one of the community's most advanced RMF-based programs, helping define the cybersecurity standards for the federal landscape.
What You'll Do
As a Program Control Analyst you will:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain program budgets, spend plans, and estimates-at-completion (EACs) to monitor financial health.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project costs against budget, identify variances, and analyze scheduling, often using Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, cost performance reports, and customer invoices in compliance with contract terms (e.g., T&M, CPFF, FFP).
  • Bridge to Accounting: Work with accounting team to validate revenue, process invoices, and handle contract closeouts.
  • Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify potential financial risks and opportunities, suggesting alternatives to maintain/improve project profitability.
  • Proposal Support: Assist with pricing strategies, basis-of-estimate (BOE) creation, and new business proposals.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience directly supporting a multi-Task Order program in a project control or government contracting capacity.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., Unanet, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle).
  • Strong data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) is often required.
