We are seeking Project Management Analyst to join IQVIA Laboratories at Columbia, MD.

Job Summary:
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of non-complex projects by helping maintain scope, schedules, and success metrics. Contribute to project execution by monitoring risks, supporting stakeholder communication, and helping drive project outcomes aligned with operational and compliance standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist in maintaining and validating project scope, plans, and schedules
  • Support monitoring of project risks and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Help manage project delivery processes, scope, and costs for non-complex projects under supervision
  • Execute project communication plans and help maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Support organizational change efforts by identifying project impacts and building awareness
  • Evaluate project results against defined success metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Contribute to team reporting and guidance metrics to support project visibility and performance
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience required
  • Eighteen (18) months of experience in a systems development environment required
  • Experience supporting project scope, planning, and schedule validation
  • Understanding of project delivery processes, cost tracking, and risk monitoring
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $49,800.00 - $124,600.00.
