Job Description:

As a Management Analyst at Parsons, you will join a rapidly expanding team dedicated to mission-critical programs for the Department of War and United States Army. You'll be part of a workforce of 500 professionals delivering expertise in software and hardware engineering, cybersecurity, system integration, and more, supporting a range of initiatives across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, over a 5-year period and with a combined value of more than $600 million. The ideal candidatepossessesstrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational effectiveness and contribute to national defense and Army modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to organizational performance, resource allocation, and program outcomes.

  • Develop and present recommendations to improve processes, solve problems, and support strategicobjectives.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform best practices and support operational planning.

  • Collaborate with project teams and leadership to implement approved recommendations andmonitorprogress.

  • Support financial, cost, and operations research analysis asrequired.

  • Participate in and contribute to special projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc analyses.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical fieldrequired; advanced degree preferred for senior-level candidates.

  • 3 - 10+ years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.

  • Active Secret is required

  • Significant experiencewith U.S. Navy programs or operations preferred for senior-level candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
