About This Role

Textron Systems is seeking employees to support our advanced uncrewed surface vehicles (USVs) designed to support a wide range of maritime missions across defense, security, and commercial sectors. These systems provide autonomous or remotely operated capability for operations that require extended endurance, reduced risk to personnel, and mission flexibility.
Textron Systems' USVs are typically built to perform tasks mine countermeasures with expanding roles in intelligence/surveillance/reconnaissance (ISR) and maritime security. They are engineered for modularity, enabling rapid integration of sensors, communications suites, and mission-specific payloads. Our platforms emphasize autonomy, interoperability with existing naval systems, and reliable operation in challenging environments.
Textron Systems focuses on robust design, open-architecture control systems, advanced autonomy, and multi-mission capability. Our vehicles are scalable and transportable, allowing for quick deployment from ships, shore installations, or expeditionary platforms.
Role Overview
We believe people should love what they do - in this role, you will be responsible for providing program support by working closely with Program Managers and Project Engineers. This position can be an entry into the Program Management career track or other areas such as Finance, Contracts, Business Development, etc. 
Responsibilities: 
    Supports the development and preparation of program plans, schedules, baselines, estimates at complete (EAC) and estimates to complete (ETC) development and reviews 
    With appropriate background and experience, acts as a Control Account Manager(CAM) for assigned scope 
    Supports baseline development, audit support, financial and investigative analysis, and real-time information and analysis to PMs, technical leads and finance 
    Support subcontracts management with statement of work (SOW) updates, invoice review and processing, and subcontractor negotiations.
    Closely supports PM team and collaborates with other functions including engineering, scheduling, contracts, procurement, manufacturing and finance for on time submittal of documentation to customer team.
    Provides maintenance of schedule, performance, forecasts and risk/opportunity data 
    Assists team with implementing corrective actions and mitigation strategies to realign efforts with project goals 
    Participates in and supports preparation of customer and internal reviews

Qualifications: 
    Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field 
    2 years of relevant experience 
    Previous experience with EVMS as Control Account Manager(CAM), financial analyst or scheduler
    Experience with MS Project to develop detailed project schedules
    Eligible to obtain U.S. security clearance
