Job description

Tharros provides our government client with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.

Position overview:

  • Track analytical, technical and administrative task that relate to the phases of the DoD PPBE process (EBC/POM)
  • Assist with drafting, editing, proof-reading, and maintaining version control on a variety of strategic planning documents, policies and procedures (weaving a detailed pattern of documented requirements in an environment where power point slides and "because we've always done it this way" can be difficult. Flexibility, knowledge/records management is a must.
  • Apply requirements guidelines to help establish performance metrics against priorities, policies, and objectives for frequently changing programs and funding requirements.
  • With EBC approaching the development of certain high-level portfolios with critical mission needs will require more attention to detail and documentation.
