We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Procore System Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, training, continuous improvement, administration, and support of our client's Procore platform. This role will ensure that the platform is effectively rolled out across client sites to streamline project management processes, improve communication, and enhance overall project efficiency. The Procore Administrator will provide technical support, training, and guidance to project teams and client stakeholders. This position is remote but will include occasional travel to client sites as needed and for the initial kickoff in Syracuse, NY and/or Boise, ID.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration: Assist with managing client site-wide roll out. Oversee the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new client sites. Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific requirements. Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as needed.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing technical support to all Procore users. Develop and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation. Create custom reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • System Maintenance and Updates: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated on Procore updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary. Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Procore platform.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures within Procore. Analyze project data and generate PowerBI and other reports to support decision-making.
  • Administration, Compliance, and Security: Ensure compliance with client policies and industry regulations regarding data security and project documentation. Manage user access and permissions to maintain system security. Configure and maintain Procore settings to optimize company-level workflows.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Knowledge & Skills Required:
  • Proven experience administering construction project management software.
  • Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
  • Strong understanding of construction project workflows and documentation.
  • Excellent technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
  • Experience with software integration and customization.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and create instructional materials.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
  • Certifications: Procore Certified.

The salary range for this full-time role is $95,000.00-$126,666.68 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
