  • User & Project Administration
    • Onboard new users to Procore and assign standard roles and permissions based on company and project templates
    • Process user departures by removing platform access promptly
    • Push new projects to the portfolio
  • Data Maintenance

    •  Update the cost catalog and maintain vendor lists with accurate pricing data

    • Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and procurement teams to standardize parts lists, material descriptions, and unit costs

    • Input and manage routine bulk data updates while preserving data integrity

    • Assist with document control task within the platform

  • Technical Support

    • Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and field users

    • Troubleshoot routine login issues

    •  Escalate complex bugs and system errors when necessary

  • Collaboration and Training

    • Deliver training sessions and distribute user guides and SOPs to team members

  • Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics. 


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1+ years of experience utilizing Procore in an operational capacity is preferred

  • Procore Certification(s) (e.g., Procore Certified: Associate, Core Tools) is preferred but can be completed upon hire

  • Background in business technology, software support, database management, or general platform administration.

  • Basic data entry or database management experience

  • Exceptional Detail Orientation: High precision in data entry and user provisioning is critical

  • Customer Service & Troubleshooting: Excellent communication and patience when assisting field and office users with technical platform issues

  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Quick to learn cloud-based platforms and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data formatting)

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
