DUTIES:

  • MAKE MIX/BATCHING FOR UHT AND ASEPTIC SYSTEMS.
  • SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN UHT AND ASEPTIC PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
  • SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN ASSOCIATED RAW AND PASTEURIZED EQUIPMENT (TANKS, LINES, BATCH SYSTEMS, etc.)
  • PERFORM ASSIGNED PM's, REBUILD VALVES,PUMPS AND HOMOGENIZER, ETC.
  • OPERATE AND CIP SEPARATOR AND OTHER ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT
  • LIFT 50 TO 100 LBS. ON A REPETITIVE BASIS.
  • WORK IN HOT, HUMID CONDITIONS.
  • COMPLETE AND MAINTAIN ALL ASSOCIATED RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY, STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIRMENTS.
  • ADHERE TO ALL GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES.DUTIES AS ASSIGN
