Job Title: Processing Assistant Keyer

JOB PURPOSE:
The Processing Assistant Keyer performs duties primarily around coordinating and processing of freight bills for payment
CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Enter bill of lading and freight invoice information into TI system
  • Maintain a list of assigned accounts and ensure timely completion
  • Processing Assistants key metrics is bills entered per hour. There is a report generated daily, weekly and monthly. Processing Assistants also receive a Daily Error Report showing any errors made.
SUPPORTING DUTIES TO THE CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Language Skills
  • Computer Skills
  • Must be detailed oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Minimum capability of 40 wpm
  • Ability to effectively present information to business analyst and management
  • Ability to apply fundamental mathematics including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Ability to understand and act upon verbal and written instructions

  • High School Diploma or GED
