Position Overview: ServiceTitan Pricebook Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceTitan Pricebook Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for technology, data, and consulting in the home services industry, this role is perfect for you! As part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with clients to design and optimize Pricebooks within ServiceTitan, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
Bonus points if you have experience with AI or Python!
Required Qualifications
  • ServiceTitan Experience: 1+ year working with ServiceTitan, including Residential/Commercial Service, Inventory, Memberships, Mobile, and Pricebooks.
  • Pricebook Expertise: Proven experience creating, optimizing, and managing Pricebooks.
  • Home Service Industry Background: 2+ years working in the home services industry.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Python Knowledge: Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation.
  • ServiceTitan Certification: Must complete ServiceTitan Certification within 90 days (training provided).
  • Data Processing & Analytics: Strong understanding of data analysis technique
