Job description

Description

Senior ServiceTitan leader accountable for the platform end-to-end and for building out our ServiceTitan practice as the company scales through acquisition. Combines deep, hands-on ServiceTitan mastery with operational fluency in HVAC and/or plumbing service businesses. Player-coach: leads strategy, standards, and team - and still does the work.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the ServiceTitan practice - standards, governance, model tenant, roadmap, and team.

Own M&A integration of acquired ServiceTitan tenants into our enterprise hub end-to-end.

Partner with operations, finance, and IT executives on long-term ServiceTitan strategy.

Lead on-site training and change management for office staff and field technicians at acquired sites.

Oversee the daily support queue; handle senior-level escalations personally.

Lead integrations and platform enhancements across business units and service lines.

Mentor and grow the ServiceTitan team as headcount expands.

Must-Haves

10+ years hands-on ServiceTitan configuration, administration, and operational ownership.

Deep HVAC and/or plumbing service business background - either as a former operator (service manager, GM, ops/dispatch leader, controller) or through extensive ServiceTitan work supporting HVAC/plumbing companies.

Mastery of ServiceTitan: pricebook, workflows, forms, business units, payroll/commissions, dispatch, memberships, reporting, integrations.

Experience leading M&A integrations, multi-tenant rollouts, or enterprise-hub consolidations in ServiceTitan.

Track record building model tenants, standards, or governance across multiple business units or brands.

Proven leadership - mentoring junior analysts and leading cross-functional work without formal authority.

Executive-level communication; willing to travel during integrations.

Nice-to-Haves

Career time inside an HVAC or plumbing service company (P&L ownership a plus).

PE-backed or roll-up environment experience.

ServiceTitan certifications; active in the ServiceTitan / Pantheon community.

Experience standing up a ServiceTitan center of excellence or shared-services function.

Logistics

Location: Dallas, TX preferred; strong remote candidates considered given seniority and rarity of skill set.

Travel: Periodic; heavier during active acquisitions. More frequent for fully remote hires.

Experience Level: Senior (10+ years), practice-leader profile.
