Goettl has been doing things The Right Way, Not The Easy Way® since 1939. This role leads the sales operation across two of our Texas markets — Austin and San Antonio. You’ll drive revenue across every channel, develop Service Managers, and set the standard for how Goettl sells.

What You'll Own:

  • Manage the sales process through Service Managers across both markets
  • Lead weekly Service Manager meetings and bi-monthly KPI reviews
  • Drive sales across all channels: IAQ, Duct, Insulation, Water Purity, Tankless Water Heaters, and more
  • Lead quarterly sales bootcamps for new Technicians and Service Managers
  • Align monthly with Marketing and coordinate with Lead Generation and Contact Center on outbound strategy
  • Spot-check gross margin and job costing — find gaps and fix them
  • Manage customer reviews across the region
  • Visit branches weekly and stay connected to what’s happening in the field
  • Hold Service Managers accountable to sales KPIs at the branch level

What We Need:

  • Proven success in sales and a strong working knowledge of the Goettl Sales Process
  • Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
  • Level 3 Technical Competency per the Field Technician Career Playbook
  • Strong grasp of Gross Margin, P&L, Goettl Pricebook, and Job Costing
  • Proficient in ServiceTitan
  • Experience leading, coaching, and training in a field environment
  • Strong communication skills — you can hold a room and hold a conversation
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
