Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties.

Your mechanical expertise and field service experience will ensure optimal climate control solutions, energy efficiency, and system reliability.

A strong foundation in HVAC design principles, and equipment repair is essential for success in this energetic role.

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on mechanical components such as pumps, fans, valves, and ductwork to ensure efficient operation.
  • Maintain detailed service records, logs of inspections or repairs performed, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Support team efforts in HVAC/R (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) projects by applying mechanical knowledge and construction skills.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls ensuring minimal downtime for clients’ heating or cooling systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems with a strong mechanical background.
  • Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment repair involving appliances, welding techniques, and mechanical components.
