Job description:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate daily service operations and keep our technicians scheduled efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, customer‐focused, and experienced using Service Titan and QuickBooks in a fast‐paced HVAC environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently
  • Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Manage calls from customers regarding service requests, updates, and ETA’s
  • Enter, update, and manage jobs in Service Titan
  • Handle invoicing, job notes, and basic financial entries in QuickBooks
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and management
  • Confirm parts availability and coordinate with the parts department when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, schedules, and customer information
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and last‐minute changes professionally

Qualifications

  • Previous HVAC dispatching experience required
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC service operations and terminology
  • Hands‐on experience with Service Titan
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
