As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading installations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring junior technicians. You will be responsible for managing the installation process from start to finish while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation of HVAC systems and replacement parts, ensuring all work adheres to safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Design, fabricate, and install custom ducts and fittings as needed.
  • Lead and mentor HVAC Installer Helpers, ensuring they develop the skills needed to excel.
  • Complete detailed and accurate paperwork promptly.
  • Maintain open communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Keep company vehicles and tools clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Represent Cloud Comfort HVAC with professionalism and pride, both in appearance and customer interactions.
  • Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance skills.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and codes.
  • CFC Certification (Type I & II) is required.
  • Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of N.C. Mechanical and Electrical Codes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with customers and team members effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments, work well under pressure, and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Physical ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in cramped spaces, and to lift up to 75 pounds.
