Job Overview

Halls Heating and Air is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC/R Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients, along with commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities
  • Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Diagnose and repair system issues efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and explain system issues to clients
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
  • Must have your own tools
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with commercial HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and controls
