Position Summary

The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, monitoring appointment progress, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This position plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and installation appointments.
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
  • Monitor technician routes and daily schedules.
