Retrofit Coordinator

Job Description

The Retrofit Coordinator is responsible for managing workflow, assisting technicians on resolutions and best practices, as well as collaborating with other functional departments.

Essential Job Functions
  • Final program review and refinement
  • Identify and source special tools as required
  • Generate work instructions
  • Direct workflow to the mechanic team
  • Monitor/ensure quality on completed vehicles
  • Update Retrofit Management Database with key milestones
  • Support mechanics with procedures and direction to meet objectives
Skills/Requirements
  • Must have proven analytical skills

  • Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office programs
