  • Lead daily service operations in Howard and Anne Arundel counties, with a focus on residential service work (initially, not installation, but service/install in near-term).
  • Mentor, train, and eventually supervise a growing team of technicians.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and service residential HVAC systems.
  • Work directly with customers to identify needs, provide clear options, and deliver the best outcome.
  • Reinforce company processes, safety standards, and customer-first culture.
  • Influence stocking strategy, vendor input, and product decisions.
What You Bring
  • Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
  • EPA Certification, 5–7 years of HVAC experience
  • Strong background in troubleshooting, repair, and servicing residential systems
  • Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred
  • Pride in workmanship — focused on quality over shortcuts
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and team members
