Your Day As Our HVAC Tech:
Each day brings new opportunities as you diagnose HVAC systems, engage with customers, and deliver expert recommendations on repairs, maintenance, IAQ solutions, and replacements. You'll complete technical tasks with precision, offer insights that build trust, and help support sales by generating leads for comfort advisors. The Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a WV Tech testing card within 30 days
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude encouraged
Compensation & Perks:
This role offers toptier earning potential, bringing in $75,000–$199,000 per year through base pay, bonuses, performance pay, and commissions. You'll receive up to $4,000 in signon bonuses, plus $6,000 in relocation assistance. Our full benefits suite includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short & LongTerm Disability, PTO, a 401K with profit sharing, flexible scheduling, uniforms, company vehicle, growth paths, 5Star company reputation, team competitions, recruitment referrals, seasonal commitments, and more.
This is a fulltime position operating Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities. Flextime scheduling is available.
