Advanced Comfort Solutions, Inc. is a full-service HVAC/R contractor in both the residential and commercial industries in the Cheyenne, Laramie, Wyoming and Northern Colorado area. We are locally owned/operated and have been in business for over 20 years.


We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Retrofit Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, upgrading and replacing HVAC systems with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety and customer service. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced, self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install residential systems including HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components.
  • Remove and replace existing systems while maintaining job site cleanliness and safety.
  • Perform system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, codes, and company standards.
  • Complete job documentation, including photos and installation checklists.
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project scope and system operation.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in retrofit installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
