The Role
You'll run residential HVAC service calls scheduled by dispatch - diagnosing accurately, presenting clear repair and replacement options, and delivering a 5-star experience on every visit.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Run residential HVAC service calls - repairs, replacements, maintenance, and system inspections
  • Diagnose issues accurately and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
  • Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
  • Deliver clean, high-quality work and keep your job site and vehicle professional
  • Represent Advanced Air professionally on every call

Requirements

  • EPA Universal Certification (required)
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, with at least 5 years of driving history
  • Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and GPS
