Position Summary

The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, monitoring appointment progress, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This position plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and installation appointments.
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
  • Monitor technician routes and daily schedules.
  • Coordinate emergency service requests.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records.
  • Work closely with service managers and technicians.
  • Assist with inbound customer calls.
  • Enter and update customer information in company software.
  • Help maximize technician efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
