Position Summary
SUPERIOR AC HEAT & PLUMBING is seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
This position plays a critical role in coordinating technician schedules, maximizing operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Candidates should possess prior dispatching experience within the HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service, maintenance, and installation appointments
  • Coordinate and optimize daily routes to maximize technician productivity and efficiency
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding appointment confirmations, schedule updates, and service delays
  • Monitor technician progress throughout the day and provide operational support as needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records and work orders within dispatch software systems
  • Assist with inbound customer calls and service requests
  • Work closely with management to prioritize emergency calls and high-priority service needs
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous HVAC or home service dispatching experience required
