You're an important part of our office, ensuring techs show up to jobs on time and perform quality work. Throughout the day, you dispatch techs, provide job details and locations, and ensure seamless service.

You also talk to customers to schedule service calls and maintenance appointments, answer questions, generate quotes, and make additional sales when appropriate. When the job's done, you follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction and to resolve any issues they have. You adjust schedules as needed for emergencies, complete accurate job and customer records, and perform data entry.
