Salary: $35+ per hour

Miller HVAC Service, Inc. is a family owned and operated commercial and industrial HVAC service company located in the South Carolina upstate. We have an immediate opening for a full-time commercial and industrial HVAC service technician. As a commercial and industrial HVAC technician, duties may include:


  • Advanced Service: Diagnose and repair commercial systems, including smallchillers, rooftop units and split systems.
  • System Integrity: Inspect components to ensure safe operation and compliance with all industrial safety codes.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Execute high-level PMs to ensure peak efficiency for our industrial partners


Master-level residential technicians looking to transition to commercial are highly encouraged to apply.


Qualifications


  • HVAC technician: 10+ years HVAC experience
  • EPA certification preferred
  • valid driver's license mandatory for technician position
