HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service (Housecall Pro Experience Preferred)

Must live within 15 minutes of Livonia, MI โ€“ local candidates only

Airtech Mechanical Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team.

This is NOT an entry-level position. HVAC experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming service calls and book appointments

Dispatch technicians using Housecall Pro

Communicate with technicians throughout the day

Manage job schedules, reschedules, and urgent calls

Follow up with customers on jobs and estimates

Keep jobs organized and updated in Housecall Pro

Coordinate with office and field staff daily

Requirements:

HVAC or home service experience REQUIRED

Dispatching experience strongly preferred

Experience with Housecall Pro (or similar CRM) preferred

Strong phone and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Organized and detail-oriented

Pay:

Based on experience

Bonus opportunities available

Schedule:

Full-time

Mondayโ€“Friday
