Elmar Heating & Cooling is now hiring a HVAC Service Technician with 4+ years of experience that is looking to provide exceptional customer service and receive career growth opportunities. Elmar is looking for a reliable HVAC service technician to service residential and light commercial customers.

Elmar Heating & Cooling is a residential HVAC service provider that focuses on servicing and installing various types of heat pumps, gas furnaces and boilers. We also specialize in servicing and installing ductless mini split and tankless products.

What Can You Expect From This Role?

  • Youll troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems and provide valuable solutions.
  • You'll do repairs and maintenances on most HVAC residential systems
  • Youll interact with customers, our dispatch team, and the operations team to come up with solutions.
  • You'll sell service contracts and other accessories, but not pressuring customers to make that decision
  • Youll tackle challenges that will push you to improve your skillsets & logical reasoning.
