We are seeking an experienced Assistant HVAC Service Manager to lead and support our service technicians in the field. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, driving team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant HVAC Service Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop service technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

Qualifications

What You Need

  • 2+ years of HVAC field leadership or supervisor experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
