Expert Services - Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical is seeking a passionate full-time HVAC Service Manager to join our customer service team in Orem, UT. Imagine managing a skilled team and developing processes from the ground up-all while enjoying a flexible, hybrid role that allows you to start each day from the convenience of your own home.

With competitive pay ranging from $85,000 to $150,000/year, plus commission and bonus opportunities, you'll not only earn generously but also have the chance to lead our HVAC department to new heights.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with a set schedule from 8 am to 5 pm. Each day, you'll dispatch directly from home to your job site-no need to stop by the office first, so you can focus on the work that matters.


YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As the HVAC Service Manager, you'll start your day by reviewing the team's schedule and assignments before heading out to job sites. Your primary focus will be on creating and refining processes to build a more efficient, high-performing HVAC department. You'll be involved in training new and current technicians, ensuring they're equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide expert service. Each day, you'll perform quality control inspections, making sure every job meets our standards of excellence. You'll also engage directly with clients, assessing their HVAC needs and selling them the perfect systems for their homes.


WHAT'S REQUIRED TO BE OUR HVAC SERVICE MANAGER?

  • 5+ years of experience with EPA and RMGA or NATE certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Residential service experience

Writing skills and sales experience are preferred but not required.
