Desert Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc is seeking a Full-Time HVAC Installer and a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician. Desert Quality has been providing customer service through out the Inland Empire for over 25 years in Residential, Commercial and Refrigeration. We are seeking individuals to join our team and help our growing business. Starting pay depends on experience.  We offer health, dental and vision insurance benefits and encourage continued/advanced training courses.

Qualifications:

  • High School/GED or Technical Training Preferred
  • 2 year minimal experience in HVAC Installation/HVAC Service
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving background
  • Able to pass background check and drug test
  • Clean appearance
