Job description

Michigan Mechanical Ventures is a fast-growing contractor in Southeast Michigan, looking to add talented and driven individuals to our team. We are a Family owned Plumbing/HVAC company focused primarily on commercial service and new construction looking for a full-time HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team. We install all over southeastern Michigan.
Tremendous potential to learn and gain experience and expertise in other construction and business disciplines.
Qualifications of the HVAC Service Technician:
  • Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Service and Maintenance HVAC equipment. 
  • Must have good attitude and willing to work with others.
  • EPA certified is a strong plus.
  • 1 Year experience minimum.


Responsibilities of HVAC Technician/Installer:
  • Assembling, installing, servicing and repairing air conditioning, heating units.
  • Must demonstrate the knowledge and ability to use all hand and or power tools associated with the type of work being performed.
  • Equipment and materials used to perform services on Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning units.
  • Job site safety.
  • Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched.
