The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HVAC service department, ensuring the highest level of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in HVAC systems, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HVAC service operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering superior service. We are under new management and are locally owned and vet operated.

What YOU will do:

  • Lead and manage the HVAC service department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize service operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, including response times, job completion rates, and customer feedback, and make adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of service calls to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians, including troubleshooting complex issues and recommending solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support business growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and support company-wide initiatives.

What YOU bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service operations, with a proven track record of success in a managerial or leadership role.
  • HVAC License preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
