OverviewResidential HVAC Service Manager

As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department while driving revenue through service excellence, maintenance programs, and lead setting.

Position Overview

The HVAC Service Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing daytoday service operations while partnering with technicians and sales teams to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a strong leader with both technical HVAC expertise and a salesminded approach. 

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including technicians and support staff
  • Drive revenue growth through service agreements, maintenance plans, and lead setting
  • Develop and execute service and sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Support, coach, and mentor service technicians to improve performance and consistency
  • Oversee scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient, timely service delivery
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics and solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and customer experience
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of HVAC service operations experience, including service sales
  • EPA certification required
  • Journeyman preferred, but not required
  • Must live in the Twin Falls/Pocatello/Blackfoot/Idaho Falls region or be willing to relocate 
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams
  • Sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue and hitting targets
  • EPA certification preferred; commitment to ongoing education encouraged
  • Excellent communication, organization, and timemanagement skills
  • Proficiency with service management software and standard office tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for up to 50% of the workday
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, crawl, climb stairs or ladders, and perform repetitive motions as required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or maneuver up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
  • Comfortable driving and sitting for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods while maintaining safety and productivity
