Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and customer service skills, as you'll be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while providing a top-tier experience for homeowners.
What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
  • Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and pricing
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements, repairs, or replacements
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • EPA Certification (required)
