JMTaylor Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused HVAC Service Coordinator to join our Baltimore, Maryland office. The HVAC Service Coordinator will support day-to-day HVAC service operations by coordinating service calls, communicating with customers and HVAC technicians, scheduling and dispatching technicians, tracking work orders, and helping ensure service work is completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to HVAC service requests and customer calls.
  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians based on priority, location, and availability.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service status, and updates.
  • Create and maintain service work orders and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with HVAC technicians to ensure they have the necessary job information, parts, and materials.
  • Follow up on open service requests and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate customer and service records.
  • Assist with preparing estimates, invoices, and other service-related paperwork.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
  • Work closely with management and other departments to support daily service operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in HVAC service coordination, HVAC dispatching, scheduling, or a related service-industry role.
  • Knowledge of HVAC service terminology, equipment, and service processes is strongly preferred.
