A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

In this entry-level customer care position, you play a vital role in keeping our customers happy! Each day, you arrive at the office ready to provide the impeccable customer service our company is known for. You answer all incoming phone calls as soon as they come in. While on the phone, you always maintain a friendly demeanor and pay close attention to everything our clients have to say. With a warm smile, you also occasionally assist customers when they come into the office to ask questions or purchase filters.

You quickly book all necessary appointments, keeping our technicians' schedules full! Using your excellent communication skills, you also educate our customers on any services they need. You love assisting our clients and helping our business run as smoothly as possible!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
