We provide high-quality heating, cooling, ductless, radiant, indoor air quality, geothermal, and commercial HVAC services with a strong focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer care.


Lakes Region HVAC is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong troubleshooting ability, professional customer service skills, and hands-on HVAC field experience. The right candidate will be comfortable servicing residential and light commercial systems while representing the company with professionalism on every job.


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Work on heating, cooling, boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and system evaluations
  • Communicate professionally with customers while on site
  • Complete service documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow company standards, safety procedures, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of in-field HVAC service experience preferred
  • A New Hampshire gas license is required
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
