What Your Day Looks Like:

As an HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll spend your day connecting with customers and solving problems with a smile. You’ll answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and make sure every client feels heard and valued. You’ll also make outgoing calls to follow up, schedule appointments, and coordinate with our skilled technicians to keep operations running seamlessly. With your positive attitude and commitment to great service, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every customer, every day.

What You Will Do

As an HVAC Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

  • Learning the HVAC business and developing the ability to prioritize customer calls effectively.
  • Delivering a quality customer experience by relaying clear, detailed, and accurate information to technicians in the field.
  • Recording and reporting job results to track technician performance and completed work.
  • Auditing job details to ensure accuracy in service type and equipment assignments for the right technician.
  • Managing the dispatch board by monitoring technician progress, updating customers about delays, adjustments, or reschedules, and keeping communication flowing.
  • Working a rotating weekend shift to support customers when they need us most.
  • Responding to requests from other departments via email, phone, and internal messages.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.

Work Schedule

  • This is an in office full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered

  • 2+ years of experience as an HVAC customer service representative
  • Proven customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software (Service Titan, HouseCall Pro, Jobber etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
