Responsibilities for HVAC Project Manager: Manage sub-contractors Lead our portion of project coordination meetings Review vendor bids and PO's Track RFI's, submittals and schedules Requirements for HVAC Project Manager: 5 or more years of Mechanical (HVAC) Project Management experience Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction or similar Familiarity with CA Building Codes Great computer and communications skills
