Job description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of direct experience in commercial HVAC/mechanical contracting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HVAC construction operations, project coordination, and field execution, with the ability to support estimating, scheduling, job costing, and construction management activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Assist with project scheduling, job costing, and tracking project progress.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Support BIM coordination, drawing reviews, and construction documentation.
  • Assist with estimating, material planning, and cost analysis.
  • Provide field supervision and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct experience in Commercial HVAC Construction or Mechanical Contracting.
  • Experience with Job Costing, Scheduling, Estimating, BIM Coordination, and Field Supervision preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems, construction processes, and project workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
