Position Description

As a HVAC Project Manager you will be responsible for leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients' needs and commitments. Project Managers are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention.


Project Managers are responsible for subcontract management and negotiations, Vendor PO's and tracking equipment, scheduling, change order management and pricing, trade-subcontractors proposal qualification, close out document preparation, punch list review and assisting with day to day correspondence, job meetings and request set by the project owner. The manager will also adhere to all company safety standards, as well as, following consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes.
