We are now hiring Quotation Specialist who is team players, versatile, and dependable!
Quotation Specialist Job Summary
  1. Shift: 8:00-5:00 - M-F
  2. $25-30 Flexibility to the right candidate
  3. Temp-to-Hire
Quotation Specialist Responsibilities
  1. Develop quotations based on branch preferences, including manufacturers, profit margins, etc.
  2. Possess the ability to identify relevant materials to be quoted.
  3. Maintain good customer and vendor relationships
  4. Interact/negotiate with vendors.
  5. Partner with Outside Sales and Branch Managers to complete commercial quotes for large volume projects.
  6. Organize and file inbound emails and attachments appropriately in project folders
  7. Identify business critical issues quickly and collaborate with team members to resolve
  8. Utilize and maintain established SOP's to complete quotation processes
  9. Follow up on customer quotes and contacts vendors for material pricing
  10. Gather required data for quote preparation, data entry of new quotes, and contact vendors for job quotes
  11. Performs other duties as assigned
Quotation Specialist Requirements
  1. Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
  2. Ability to effectively communicate and share information in a concise professional manner either verbally or through written correspondence.
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software.
  4. Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
  5. Demonstrates acute attention to detail.
  6. Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Initiative driven with bias for action.
  8. Demonstrates ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  9. Plumbing supply knowledge required.
  10. Plumbing related quotation experience preferred.
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. 1-3 years of quoting or estimating experience preferred.
  3. 1-3 years of plumbing or plumbing supply experience required.
