Position Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney
The Pre-Litigation Attorney plays a crucial role in managing pre-suit personal injury cases, ensuring effective negotiation and settlement strategies. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a competitive environment and demonstrates strong leadership skills. The attorney will collaborate closely with case managers to streamline processes and handle a substantial caseload. With a supportive and professional company culture, this role offers opportunities for growth within a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $170,000 / Year DOE
Pre-Lit Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Manage approximately 600 pre-litigation cases in collaboration with case managers
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in effective communication with clients
  • Streamline the pre-litigation process to enhance efficiency
  • Handle statutory liens and treating physician liens
  • Work closely with the team to support case management efforts

Pre-Lit Attorney Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Plaintiff pre-suit personal injury experience is required
  • Proven negotiation and settlement experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with statutory liens and treating physician liens
  • Barred in California
  • Spanish speaker is preferred
